1. Seller

The books on this website are sold by Gauthier Pierozak, 565 Goldsby Ter., Goldsby, OK 73093, USA. Contact: GP.editeur@gmail.com.

2. Books

Books are printed to order. Their details (number of pages, illustrations, colour or black & white edition, language of the text) are given on each book page. Cover images are for illustration.

Books listed under “From other publishers” are not sold on this website: the link leads to their publisher or distributor, whose terms apply.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT and delivery to any of the destinations offered. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Ordering and payment

You place your order from the basket and pay on the secure payment page of our provider Stripe (card and other methods depending on your country). Your payment details are entered with Stripe and are never passed to us. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and a summary is emailed to you.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout: the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. Each copy is printed by our printer (Amazon’s print-on-demand network) and shipped directly to your address, so the parcel may carry the Amazon logo. Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks. Orders to Switzerland are sent via France and take a few extra days.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country.

6. Damaged book, wrong item or lost parcel

If a book arrives damaged, has a printing fault or is not what you ordered, or if the parcel does not arrive, write to us within 30 days (with a photo where relevant) and we will send a new copy free of charge or refund you.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the books, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at GP.editeur@gmail.com, then return the books in good condition within the following 14 days to the address we give you; return costs are yours. We refund you, including the original delivery cost, using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the books back.
